august collection updates / 9/5/2024

rather late to this one, arent i? ive just been busy as always, so lets get into it!

one of the first things is saiko soda jirachi plush. its actually the US version, since they decided now to release them. im honestly joyful for that, since i can FINALLY get this damn plush for cheap. shes also pictured here with my beautiful kitty, whose name is also jirachi. theyre twins!

otherwise, the plush is adorable. i think the only differences between the original and the US is the tags (paper and cardboard). i recall the jpn one comes with more special tags, while the US one is more plain. its kinda sad, but still a good item to have!

the last items is actually a fairly big lot i got, some of which are some grails ive wanted, so time to get into it!

from smallest to biggest, the mow rotom rubber keychain! i might try to collect the rest of the rubber keychains, since i personally think the artstyle is cute, but otherwise its a good find. good luck to me to try and get anything else from this line.

from a gachapon is the star child collection, specifically a series of acrylic charms. sometimes artists from japan get their chance to design gachapon figures or other items, and this is one of them!

from the same series is the actual figures, and i really just wanted one specific figure (the one with the head wings), being the sun child. you can probably figure out why i wanted it. (its because they reminded me of patapon)

the next is a REMENT jirachi figure. theres plenty that exist, which im not too surprised about, but any jirachi is a good item in my eyes.

although, compared to the others, i do think this one is lacking.. maybe its just the colors on the small stars, but still.

the rest of the items are plushies at this point, but still.. this vespiquen pokefit plush was sold for fairly cheap, and i figured. shes one of my lower favorites too!

for this plush, she came kinda crumpled, but theres not much i can do about it.

one of my grails, the nurse audino plush from banpresto! did i mention shes a cranetoy prize? i thought i had to take forever to get her, but i ended up finding her for cheap, which probably was a blessing.

specifically from a purple themed line, but a goomy plush! it was the cheapest i could find for goomy, since i feel like i need to get more goomys.

compared to other plushies, the bottom is a lot more puffier compared to other plush. makes them seem a bittt softer, though!

another surprised me a bit, since it is also from banpresto, but a sitting kirlia plush (unrelated from sitting cuties)! i bought her since she was also cheap, and looked more unique compared to other kirlia plushies.

im not sure what else to call it, since myfigurecollection refers to this line as "kawaii pokemon nuigurumi", but it seems more to be a direct translation of the jpn name. still a good plush regardless!

half of these are from banpresto, but another older item is from a seasonal banpresto line. she technically shares it with jirachi, but they were released seperately. shes cute, and a lot bigger than i expected!

now THIS is a surprise find i got for cheap; the serperior pokedoll. being only like, yen to dollar wise, 27 bucks, is a incredibly lucky find since i find them being sold for 80 bucks or more. the plush itself is really high quality.

well, unless its a bootleg, but still proud of myself for having her.

the last item is the san-ei mawile plush. ive technically watched this item being sold here and there, and at this point i have a mawile collection.. i do understand why shes more expensive, being pretty high quality. now i just need lilligant..
